SNAG® contains all the elements of golf but in a modified form.
SNAG® is also a training programme.
It's a comprehensive system that has been developed through years of research and field experience. The key is in simplifying the instruction so that it can be an effective transition into the game of golf.
SNAG is a player friendly, first touch development programme designed for all.
It incorporates developmentally appropriate equipment that will allow golf to be learned and played in non-traditional venues, such as on a soccer field, in a gym, or on the beach. The programme builds on strong fundamentals of the different strokes and swings and develops playing ability quickly and effectively.
SNAG can be taught and played almost anywhere with immediate, positive results.
This immediate success keeps beginners wanting to be involved with golf.
SNAG has developed an effective learning system with a manual and lessons for all.
Our equipment and training tools are specifically designed to simplify the learning process.

SNAG Basics
The SNAG® Coaching System is dedicated to the development of new players that is easy to teach and learn and allows you to incorporate the playing side of the game.
SNAG® is designed to be SAFE and can be taught and PLAYED ANYWHERE.
The club heads have more surface area to significantly increase the success of the learner.
The psychology of color is used in each of the components.
The five-sided grip ensures that the student holds the club properly.
The SNAG Ball has a limited distance of 50 metres.
The Launch Pad™ makes the game portable and serves as an alignment tool.
Targets are used to help the student focus on aim and accuracy.
Training tools help each student develop skill acquisition quickly.
SNAG has only two clubs. The Roller and The Launcher, allowing new learners to fully grasp the concept of each swing, and how to easily hold the club.
The Launcher™ is used to launch, pitch, and chip the ball. All shots other than rolling (putting) are played off of a mat and tee called the Launch Pad™. This ensures that the player will have an optimal lie every time.
The Target, called a Flagsticky™ is an above-ground weighted cylinder covered velcro, that is portable.
The SNAG Ball™ is slightly smaller than a tennis ball and is covered with velcro and weighted the same as a golf ball.

Today's sound physical education programmes are designed to help each child reach their individual potential in motor skill development, fitness, play and movement concepts.
The most outstanding programmes also provide opportunities for learning competency, sportsmanship, understanding and personal responsibility.
SNAG® is a modified golf game created to be an important and essential part of physical education. But its benefits do not stop there. Because of its design and adaptability, it can aid in teaching academic concepts in the classroom, as well as develop the important life skills that are often missing from today's educational system.
This is why SNAG® Golf has developed a School Programme. SNAG's School Programme offers teachers an opportunity, in a single activity, to meet many of the standards set in New Zealand.
SNAG can be used to help teach in the three domains of learning: Psychomotor (physical skills), Cognitive (knowledge of concepts, rules and strategies) and Affective (emotional well-being). All three of these areas are important for successful development of the whole child in physical education.
SNAG® can be used to help teach concepts in these three domains on learning including mathematics, English, geography and science.
